In paragraph 15 of their Report the

Anomalies Committee recommended that, were their

revised scheme of residential allowances accepted,

the upper ranges of the Administrative, Public Works

and Education scales should be recast as follows

to compensate officers for a sudden and rather

inexplicable drop in residential allowances:-
